We recently had a major breakdown passing thru on I80 near Newton on a Friday night. The Mountaineer was towed to Magnum Automotive, by recommendation of AAA. We live 2 1/2 hours away, so all contact was by phone, starting the following Monday. Communication was fantastic from estimates to timing to updating to completion. The staff was friendly and courteous when we arrived to get the car. The work quality was outstanding. I can not recommend them enough.
Helped me out even though they were busy. Very nice guy with outstanding customer service.
